Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with full tracking and typically arrive within 3-5 business days once dispatched from our store. Please allow up to an additional 3-5 days for processing.

Local pickup is available for free at our Guelph location. This option can be selected at checkout.

Shipping prices may vary based on the weight of your purchase or the number of items. If you have any questions about our shipping options please do not hesitate to contact us.

TARIFFS, if any, are paid by us when we process your order. You do not need to worry about additional costs at time of delivery.

We do our best to accurately photograph, describe, and measure every single item. Please review all information available prior to purchasing.

We have a 7 day exchange policy in store and online. If you want to exchange an item, please send it back to us and clearly mark the package as a "RETURN." 

The typical delivery time is between 3-5 business days across Canada once received by our shipping partner.

USA orders are sent using USPS and include full tracking information. Delivery time is typically 6-10 business days. Delivery times for international shipments will vary depending on the receiving country's postal service. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location. The default shipping price calculated at checkout is the most affordable option available to us. You will receive tracking updates to the email address you provide on your order once it is processed and leaves our store. After an order leaves our store it is the responsibility of the recipient to receive the package at the specified address.

RETURNS

We do our best to accurately photograph, describe, and measure every single item to ensure every customer knows exactly what they get. Please review all information available in each listing prior to completing your order. All orders are eligible for exchange within 7 days. In store purchases require the original receipt. Online orders must be shipped back to us prior to us completing an exchange for store credit. We are happy to assist you with any questions prior to completing your purchase.
