Shipping policy

All orders are sent with full tracking using expedited mail every Tuesday. Orders can arrive as quickly as 2 business days once processed, but exact delivery times will depend on your province. The typical delivery time is between 1-5 business days across Canada once received by our shipping partner.

USA orders are sent using USPS and include full tracking information. Delivery time is typically 6-10 business days. Delivery times for international shipments will vary depending on the receiving country's postal service. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location. The default shipping price calculated at checkout is the most affordable option available to us. You will receive tracking updates to the email address you provide on your order once it is processed and leaves our store. After an order leaves our store it is the responsibility of the recipient to receive the package at the specified address.

We do our best to accurately photograph, describe, and measure every single item to ensure every customer knows exactly what they get. Please review all information available in each listing prior to completing your order as each online purchase is final sale. Orders purchased in-store are eligible for exchange within 7 days with original receipt. We are happy to assist you with any questions prior to completing your purchase.
